1. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their iCube Internet Services subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

3. Security Deposit Refund

A refundable security deposit of ₹700 is collected at the time of new connection.

• The security deposit is fully refundable upon disconnection of services
• Refund will be processed within 7–15 working days after equipment return and account closure
• Any outstanding dues will be adjusted against the security deposit before refund
• Equipment (router/ONT) provided by iCube must be returned in working condition

4. Monthly Plan Refunds

For monthly plans:

• No refund for partial month usage after billing date
• If services are not activated within 7 days of payment, a full refund will be issued
• Service disruptions lasting more than 48 hours due to our fault may qualify for proportional credit

5. Six-Month Plan Refunds

For 6-month prepaid plans:

• Cancellation within 7 days of activation: Full refund minus installation charges
• Cancellation after 7 days: Proportional refund for unused complete months only
• No refund for partial months used
• Free router installation charges (if availed) will be deducted from refund amount

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Installation and cabling charges (once work is completed)
• Administrative and processing fees
• Services already consumed/used

7. Equipment Return

Any equipment provided by iCube (ONT, router, etc.) must be returned upon cancellation. Failure to return equipment will result in deduction of equipment cost from the security deposit.

Approved refunds will be processed via:

• Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your registered bank account
• UPI transfer to registered mobile number
• Cash refund at our office (for amounts below ₹5,000)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using iCube Internet Services Pvt Ltd ("iCube") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

iCube is a VNO (Virtual Network Operator) Licensed Internet Service Provider certified by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. We provide broadband internet services, IPTV, and related connectivity solutions.

3. Subscriber Obligations

As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Submit valid government-issued ID proof as required by TRAI regulations
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not resell or redistribute internet services without written permission
• Not use the service for hacking, spamming, or any illegal activity
• Pay all applicable charges on time
• Maintain and return iCube equipment in good condition

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹700 is required at connection. This deposit is held against equipment safety and outstanding dues and is refunded upon service termination subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Data Usage Policy

All home broadband plans include 2500 GB of high-speed data per month. After exhaustion of the monthly data limit, internet speeds may be reduced. Unused data does not carry forward to the next month.

6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure quality service for all users, iCube reserves the right to apply Fair Usage Policy. Activities that degrade network performance for other users may be restricted.

7. Payment Terms

• Bills are generated monthly on the connection anniversary date
• Payment is due within 7 days of bill generation
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Services will be restored within 24 hours of payment receipt
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, NEFT/IMPS, cash at office

8. Service Availability & SLA

iCube guarantees 99.9% network uptime on an annual basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions) are excluded from SLA calculations.

9. IPTV Service Terms

IPTV services require a compatible Smart LED TV / Android TV / Fire Stick device. Channel availability is subject to content provider licensing. iCube is not responsible for content quality issues from the broadcast source.

10. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing or distributing illegal/pirated content
• Network intrusion, hacking, or denial-of-service attacks
• Sending bulk unsolicited emails (spam)
• Running unauthorized servers or VPNs for commercial resale
• Any activity violating Indian IT Act 2000 or TRAI regulations

11. Liability Limitation

iCube's liability for service disruptions is limited to pro-rata credit for the affected period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

12. Modifications to Service

iCube reserves the right to modify plans, pricing, or terms with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
